I saw the sign that they serve Vietnamese sandwiches and bubble tea so I decided to check it out. My first impression is that the place I super clean. It appears to me that the place ran by a Vietnamese couple. They are super friendly. I asked for their recommendation on the bubble milk tea since there's a lot of choices in the menu. She suggested their matcha milk tea with matcha bubbles. Omg, it turned out so good. This is the best match bubble tea in my life. The bubbles are so crunchy and flavorful, I have never had this kind of bubbles before which usually are chewy and doughy. I'm extremely happy with the milk tea. Since the lady said their banh mi ( Vietnamese sandwiches) is good also, we decided to order the pork one, just for a try. Omg, this is another surprise for us. It's very authentic. You can taste the nice cremy Vietnamese mayo with pate and the excellent red pork belly meat. What can be better? The milk tea and the banhmi cost us around 10$ in total. We definitely ...

Really like their grilled pork, ham and pate sandwich. Highly recommended. Also don't forget about getting their milk tea but 50% sweetness.

So glad my girl found this place! Amazing sandwiches, tea, and frozen yogurt. The French bread on the Vietnamese sandwich was crunchy, soft and delicious. We are coming back often. Did I mention the owners are really nice? 5 stars
